  • A worldwide integrated processing, packaging, and distributor of liquid foods manufacturing with presence in over 165 countries, and 18,000+employees needed help revamping its global employee satisfaction survey process. 


HR-ARM coordinated efforts and communications with a worldwide team comprised of company representatives from South Africa, Switzerland, Italy, and Wales. 


HR-ARM realigned the entire process from objectives, data analysis, interpretation and feedback with written guidelines and finalized survey questions (both mandatory and optional).  We successfully piloted the revised process in Ireland with the revamped employee satisfaction survey process unveiled and distributed at the annual global management meeting.

  • A leading computer visualization company providing three-dimensional computer animation products to the engineering, biomedical, litigation, education and entertainment communities headquartered in Iowa (Silicon Prairie), with offices around the world and across the U.S. wanted to know how their employees viewed the work environment. 

HR-ARM administered an employee survey and custom-designed an additional 14 questions on benefits, performance, and organization effectiveness.   We achieved a 91% survey participation rate and a 70% response rate on written employee comments. 


  • The sixth largest wireless telecommunications network in the U.S. wanted over 600 of its supervisory, mid-management, and top management leaders to be part of an organization-wide Assessment Center as an integral part of organizational change efforts.

HR-ARM worked the Assessment Center in combined roles as assessor, rating participants across twelve competencies, role player, and giving individual  participant feedback and coaching through the use of simulations designed to reflect the complex issues and situations faced by mid- to upper-level managers. The assessment process measured the skills and abilities leaders need to address these challenges, based on a realistic day in the life experience.  


  • An international membership organization of attorneys asked HR-ARM to review the association's staff structure, staff levels and staff compensation.  


HR-ARM  conducted an organization/HR assessment, reviewing internal data, conducting interviews with key individuals, and comparing data to external sources.  We worked closely with the Executive department, Officers, Former Officers and Department Heads.  The results were presented to the Board.
